This chapter discusses MAC address port filtering.
Filtering means sifting traffic going through the Switch based on the source and/or destination MAC
addresses and VLAN group (ID).

Use the Filte ring screen (
Section 12.2 on page 159) to create rules for traffic going through the Switch.

Use this screen to create rules for traffic going through the Switch. Click Adva nc e d Applic atio n > Filte ring
in the navigation panel to display the screen as shown next.
