DILUTION
Serial dilution protocol dispenses 2 µL to 94 µL in 2 µL increments to
each column of the plate. 2 µL to column 1; 4 µL to column 2; and so on
till 94 µL to column 24.

DILUTION
Syringe dispenser serial dilution protocol dispenses 240 µL to 20 µL in
20 µL increments to each column of the plate. 240 µL to column 1; 220
µL to column 2; 200 µL to column 3; and so on till 20 µL to column 12.

Serial dilution protocol dispenses 98 µL to 6 µL in 4 µL increments to
each column of the plate. 98 µL to column 1; 94 µL to column 2; 90 µL

P_RAD-384 50 µL/well Peri-pump dispense using a single-tube RADcassette to
partially fill a 384-well plate, hit-picking wells in a pattern that
represents the BioTek logo. Begins with two 10 µL/tube pre-dispenses.

1120 µL/well Peri-pump dispense using the 8-to-1 RADcassette to
partially fill a 24-well plate, dispensing to each corner well and 4 wells in
the center. Tip Tracking is enabled with an initial Z-axis of 5.08 mm. The
chute is positioned to direct the fluid stream to the well walls with an X-
axis offset of 2.97 mm.
Note: duplicate protocols defined for the Secondary Peri-pump have a P2 prefix.
