Assemble the manifolds:
• Install two screws and washers from the bottom
of the trim manifold
• Install one screw and washer from the top of the
trim reservoir.
Tighten the screws to a torque of 60 to 84 In. lbs.
(7 to 10 N·m).
Electric Motor
Remove the four screws and washers retaining
the electric motor to the manifold housing.
Remove the electric motor, o-ring and coupler
from the manifold housing.
Clean and dry all parts thoroughly.
Assembly is the reverse of disassembly.
Tighten screws to a torque of 60 to 84 In. lbs.
(7 to 10 N·m)
