Example of how to insert a "restricted area"
1. Follow steps 1-3 on page 10-6 to display the Manual Update Planning dialog box.
2. Click the New button in the Manual Update Planning dialog box.
3. Select Area from the Drawing Type list box then select Single from the Category list box.
4. Select desired icon from the list of available chart objects.
5. Click the Accept New Object button. New object is displayed in the List.
6. Then, click the Edit Properties button.
7. Click the Edit Position button.
8. Put the cursor on the desired location on the ECDIS display, push left button then click the Accept button.
Repeat this until you have defined all points.
9. Click the Accept button on the Master/Slaves window.
10. Click the Accept Manual Updates as Permanent button to finish.
