show host-maps
Description Shows mapping information for volumes that are mapped to all hosts or to a specified host.
Syntax
show host-maps [host]
Parameters host
Optional. Specifies the host’s nickname or ID. If this parameter is omitted, mapping information for
all hosts is shown
Output ID
• For FC and SAS: Host WWPN.
• For iSCSI: iSCSI host initiator’s node name (typically the IQN).
Name
Host port nickname.
Profile
• Standard: The host allows LUN 0 to be assigned to a mapping.
• OpenVMS: The host does not allow LUN 0 to be assigned to a mapping.
• HP-UX: The host allows LUN 0 to be assigned to a mapping and uses Flat Space Addressing.
Name
Name of the volume seen by the host.
Serial Number
Serial number of the volume seen by the host.
LUN
LUN used to access the volume.
Access
Type of host access to the volume:
• read-write: Read and write
• read-only: Read only
• no-access: No access
Ports
Controller host ports that the mapping applies to.
