interface vlan-interface
Use interface vlan-interface to create a VLAN interface and enter its view, or enter the
view of an existing VLAN interface.
Use undo interface vlan-interface to delete a VLAN interface.
Syntax
interface vlan-interface interface-number
undo interface vlan-interface interface-number
Default
No VLAN interfaces exist.

Parameters
interface-number: Specifies a VLAN interface number in the range of 1 to 4094.
Usage guidelines
Create the VLAN before you create the VLAN interface for a VLAN.
You cannot create VLAN interfaces for sub-VLANs.
You cannot create VLAN interfaces for secondary VLANs that meet the following requirements:
• Associated with the same primary VLAN.
• Enabled with Layer 3 communication in VLAN interface view of the primary VLAN interface.
