Usage guidelines
For Digest Snooping to take effect, you must enable Digest Snooping both globally and on
associated ports. As a best practice, first enable Digest Snooping on ports connected to third-party
vendor devices and then enable the feature globally. Digest Snooping takes effect on the ports
simultaneously, which reduces impact on the network.
If this command is configured in Layer 2 Ethernet interface view, it takes effect only on that interface.
If this command is configured in Layer 2 aggregate interface view, it takes effect only on the

If this command is configured on a member port in an aggregation group, it takes effect only after the
port leaves the aggregation group.
