Protocols
Patient Positioning
Positioning the patient properly and minimizing patient movement
are the keys to optimal scan results. Several system features can be
used to assist with patient positioning and are detailed in the
following paragraphs.
The figure below shows the location of these features and the order
in which they are generally used to position a patient.
