MARK SYNC EDITING
To paste a specific point from one track to a specific point in another track use MARK SYNC EDITING.
To have a specific note in a phrase on Track 1 start on the downbeat of Track 2:
Listening to track 2, use the Jog/Shuttle Wheel to locate the downbeat and press the Mark Loc
button. Name this locate Downbeat
On track 1, use the Jog/Shuttle Wheel to locate the desired note in a phrase on track 1 and
press the button.
Press the button.
Select the track to move. Use the and keys to select TRACK ARM. Use the Track Arm
keys to select track 1. Press the key.
Select the destination track (track 2). Use the and keys to select OTHER. Use the Track
Arm keys to select track 2. Press the key.
Select OVERWRITE by using the and keys and press the key.
At the MOVE TO prompt, press the key.
Using the and keys to select the locate point Downbeat and press the key.
At the MOVE TO prompt, RADAR will now display the time location (e.g., 00:02:34:01) of the
locate point Downbeat.
Press the key.
DAW COMPATIBILITY
RADAR can read and write audio in industry standard BWAV file format.
TRANSFERRING OUT OF RADAR
®
Once recording is complete on RADAR, the project can be transferred to a DAW.
Select a File Name Format:
Use the , the and keys and the key to go to the MAIN MENU /
PREFERENCES MENU / FILE PREFS / FILE NAME FORMAT and press the key.
Using the and keys select a CUSTOM FILE NAME FORMAT to be compatible with a
DAW and press the key.
