Turn the printer off, and remove the rear cover. See

on page 290.
Is the LVPS cable correctly connected at JLVPS1 on the controller board?
Go to step 6. Reconnect the cable at
JLVPS1, and then go to
step 6.

Turn the printer off, and then on.
Does the problem persist?
Go to step 7. Problem solved.
