Remove the bellows from the vertical shaft.
1 Turn the up/down handle counterclock-
wise again to lower the specimen stage.
2 Pullthebellowsupando󰀨thevertical
shaft.
Tips
A guide is attached to the bottom of
the bellows. Be careful not to lose it
when removing the bellows.

CAUTION
After you remove the bellows, be sure to put the inner rings (x2) on the vertical shaft.
Withouttheinnerrings,yourhandsorngerscouldgetpinchedbetweentheanvilandtheuppersurfaceofthe
vertical shaft when the specimen stage is lowered to the bottom edge.
