13. TRANSMISSION OIL TEMP (140 - 320 F) - Shows temperature of transmission fluid.
Normal transmission operating temperature is between 160º and 250º F. The maximum
transmission to cooler oil temperature is 300º F. Do not let the transmission temperature
exceed 275º F. If excessive temperature is indicated, stop motorhome and shift to neutral.
Accelerate engine to 1200-1500 RPM and allow temperature to return to normal.
14. BOOST PRESSURE (0 - 50 PSI) - Indicates boost pressure produced by the engine tur-
bocharger.
15. ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE (100 - 250 F) - Under average conditions the
gauge will read between 180º and 205º F. Monitor this gauge frequently when CLIMBING
HILLS, TOWING OR IN HIGH AMBIENT TEMPERATURES. If the gauge shows that
an over heating condition exists (the needle moving above the 212º F area) IMMEDIATE
ACTION should be taken to avoid engine damage.
16. AIR PRESSURE GAUGES, FRONT AND REAR TANKS (0-150 PSI) - One gauge
indicates pressure in the front air tank. The second gauge indicates pressure in the rear air
tank. The normal air system operating pressures are 105 to 120 psi. These air pressures are
preset at the factory. If a problem occurs with either air system not maintaining normal
operating pressure, it is an indication of a malfunction in the air system. Use caution and
stop the motorhome in a safe area. Have the air system repaired before continued travel.
NOTE:
It is not safe to drive the motorhome with low air pressure. Damage can occur to the
suspension and driveline, also affecting operation of the air brake system.
17. SPEEDOMETER - Indicates the speed of the motorhome. The gauge indicates MPH
and KPH. Located on the right side of the instrument cluster.
18. LCD DISPLAY AND FUNCTION BUTTONS - The LCD screen displays information
received from the engine, transmission and Antilock Brake System (ABS) Electronic
Control Units (ECU). The function buttons ( and M) allow access to different dis-
plays and setting changes.
LCD displays the following when active:
• ABS Warning
• Check Transmission
• Check Engine
• Engine Hot
• Low Oil Pressure
• Low Coolant Level
• Low Battery
• High Battery
• Low Fuel
• Maintenance Warning
• ABS Tag Error
• Low Pressure
