AUTOMATIC APPLIANCE SELECTOR
The Automatic Appliance Selector limits the possi-
bility of shore power overload by allowing only the pri-
ority appliance to operate. The system uses automatic
switching relays to control AC power to the appliances
hooked to Automatic Appliance Selector.
The appliances are listed in the order in which they
are controlled by the Automatic Appliance Selector.
Standard:
1. Washer-Dryer
2. Bedroom Roof Air Conditioner
All Electric:
1. 120 Volt AC Cooktop (All Electric)
2. Washer-Dryer
3. Bedroom Roof Air Conditioner
The priority appliance is the cooktop. When the cooktop is operating, the washer-dryer and bed-
room roof air conditioner will not operate until the cooktop is turned off. The bedroom roof air con-
ditioner will not operate unless the washer-dryer and cooktop are off. Likewise, the washer-dryer will be
automatically turned off if the cooktop is turned on. The bedroom roof air conditioner will be turned off
if the washer-dryer is turned on.
NOTE:
Only one of the following can be used at a time: Bedroom A/C, Washer-Dryer, or
Cooktop. This is due to the automatic appliance selector limiting the use of appliances
according to priority, to prevent electrical overload.
COOKTOP - LP-GAS
The cooktop uses an electric ignition system that
requires 12 Volt DC to operate. The cooktop should
be used for cooking purposes only, not as a heating
source. When the burner valve is opened the fuel
source flows through the valve into the mixture
tube. The fuel passes by a hole or venturi in the
mixture tube, which draws air in with the fuel for a
proper fuel/air ratio. The flame should have a blue
appearance with a lighter blue defined flame at the
burner head. A yellow flame or yellow flame tips
indicate a rich fuel mixture, which can leave a black
color or carbon on the bottom of the cookware.
