Troubleshooting
Slow Leak: Check fittings on front of pump and connections to mattress. If leaks from hose at out-
let side of pump remove clamp, cut hose 1" and re-install hose and hose clamp.
If problem continues, cut hose from air pump nozzle and install hose plugs, located in the mattress
cover, and install in hose ends. If air holds in the mattress the problem is in the pump. If air doesn't
hold then it is the mattress. Call Comfortaire at 1-800-759-0594.
Pump Will Not Operate:
• For pump to operate the motorhome will
need to be plugged in, the generator run-
ning, or the inverter will need to be
turned on. Ensure pump in bed storage
compartment is plugged in.
• Check fuse on pump. Use a key or a
small screwdriver to open fuse compart-
ment. The back fuse is the fuse used.
When the fuse holder is pushed in, the
fuse is installed. If fuse is bad replace
with spare in holder.
• If motorhome has power but the remote
doesn't display, check phone line con-
nections at remotes and at pump.
Pump Operates but Pressure Doesn't
Change:
Check for kinks in hose or any visible obstructions between pump and mattress.
NOTE:
Do not disassemble pump. Internal components can be damaged and warranty will be
voided.
