Unusual road elevation angles may cause the CWS to detect overhead signs or overpasses that are
in line with the motorhome. In some situations, a bridge abutment may set off an alert even though
the road ahead is actually clear.
The antenna assembly cannot detect objects over a hill. Alerts will not sound until objects are with-
in field of vision.
The antenna assembly cannot detect objects above its beam, causing vehicles ascending a hill to go
undetected. Generally, the alarm will not sound from deflecting the road surface.
