FRONT CALIPER SERVICE
Caliper Exploded View
Caliper Removal
1. Elevate and safely support the front of the vehicle.
2. Remove the (4) wheel nuts and the front wheel.
3. Clean caliper area before removal.
4. Place a container below the caliper to catch brake fluid
whe
n removing the line . Re move br ake line fr om
caliper.
5. Loosen brake pad adjustment set screw 2-3 turns to
allow b
rake pad removal after the caliper is removed.
6. Remove and discard the two ca liper mounting bolts
and
remove the caliper assembly from the front hub.
