AWD / 2WD Switch
1. Disconnect the AWD / 2W D sw itch harness by
depressing the c onnector locks and pulling on the
connector. Do not pull on the wiring.
2. Test between the 2 se ts of outputs (AWD / 2WD). If
an
y of the tests fail, replace the switch assembly.
• Move the switch to AWD (ON). There should be
co
ntinuity between switch pins 2 and 3.
• Move the switch to 2WD (NONE / OFF). There
sh
ould be no continuity between any pins.
AWD / 2WD / TURF Switch (INTL)
1. Disconnect the AWD / 2WD / TURF switch harness
by depressing the connector locks and pulling on the
connector. Do not pull on the wiring.
2. Test betwee n th e 3 se ts of ou tputs (A WD / 2WD /
T
URF). If any of the test s fail, r eplace the switch
assembly.
• Move the switch to A WD. T here sho uld be
continu
ity between switch pins 2 and 3; 5 and 6.
• Move the switch to 2WD. There should b e no
continu
ity between any pins.
• Move the switch to TURF . Th ere shou ld be
continu
ity between switch pins 1 and 2; 4 and 5.
