Once the equipment has been set up, default values for Cleaning Cycles and Cleaning and
Skipping
are configured. See Figure 6-21.
NOTE:
If PI-MAX4 has to wait more than a few seconds for an
external trigger, it is advisable to increase the number of
cleans.

The sequence of operations is similar to that for Sequential experiments. After focusing the
camera on the fluorescing sample, an appropriate
Gain is configured. See Figure 6-22.
