The command queries the digital modulation delay from the data input to the I/Q output
in the case of external modulation.
Return values:

Example:

queries the delay in the case of external modulation.
Response: 0.4 ms
the delay is 0.4 ms.

attribute attenuated by the LEV_ATT control signal.

Range: 0 to 50
Increment: 0.1

sets a level attenuation of 15 dB.
