DANGER-WARNING:
for safety reasons you must close guard (N fig. 4.3-41), otherwise:
- the machine does not start (U.S.A. and CANADA version).
- The guard interferes with the sliding table motion.
Adjust the position of the riving knife so that its distance from the saw blade is between 3 and 8
mm.
The dividing knife is in the right position when the saw guard covers a part of the cutting edge of
the saw blade.
