1.6 FIRMWARE OPTIONS AVAILABLE
The standard firmware of SVAN 979 includes 1/1 and 1/3 octave analysis, FFT analysis, RT60, Time Domain
Signal recording and STIPA. Other functions are optional:
• SV 979_7 Loudness analysis option for SVAN 979
• SV 979_8 Rotation measurement option (not including the RPM tachometer)
• SV 979_16 User programmable second order band pass filters
• SV 979_23 1/6 and 1/12 analysis option for SVAN 979
Note: The software options for the instrument can be purchased at any time as only the introduction
of a special unlock code is required for their activation in a specific instrument. Contact your local
