– each bit specifies the sending status of the e-mail for one event (the
lowest bit specifies the e-mail sending status for the first event, the
next one for the second event, and so on)
– set bit indicates that e-mail has been sent
– cleared bit indicates that e-mail has not been sent
– number of available events is defined in the corresponding block of
parameters (see Table B.1.23)
