point event state bit mask:
– each bit specifies the state of one event (the lowest bit defines the
state of the first event, the next one – the second event, and so on),
– set bit indicates that the event is active
– cleared bit indicates that the event is inactive
– number of available events and the type (block or point) are defined
in the corresponding block of parameters (see Table B.1.23)
block event state bit mask:
