• Layer Detection
• Segmentation Analysis Type
• Type1 Analysis Mode
At each item, you can select "Fine" and "Basic" as the analysis mode.
In the relation of "Fine<Basic", the analysis speed is increased.
In the relation of "Fine>Basic", the analysis accuracy is increased.
When pressing the [ReAnalyze] button on the patient list screen, the data is analyzed according to
"Type1" and the contents of "Type1 Analysis Mode".
Item Contents of setting
Layer Detection
This is applied in "Circle" scan only.
"Smoothing" is initially set.
• Polynominal Fitting
Place a check mark for this and perform analysis. If unevenness is found
during layer detection, the layer is drawn with an approximate curve.
• Smoothing
Place a check mark for this and perform analysis. If unevenness is found
during layer detection, the layer is drawn with a smooth line.
* "Circle" scan cannot be used in 3D OCT-1.

You can select the new layer analysis (Type2) or the conventional layer anal-
ysis (Type1).

3D Disc
You can select the analysis mode when analyzing the 3D Disc data (resolu-
tion: 512×128).
3D Macula
You can select the analysis mode when analyzing the 3D Macula data (with
each resolution).
3D Wide You can select the analysis mode when analyzing the 3D Wide data.
