Beforebeginninganyhydraulictest,identifyiftheproblemisrelatedtothe
tractioncircuit,steeringcircuit,orliftcircuit.Oncethefaultysystemhasbeen
identied,performteststhatrelatetothatcircuit.
Ifatractioncircuitproblemexists,considerperformingoneormoreofthe
followingtests:ChargePressure,WheelMotorEfciency,and/orTractionPump
(P1)FlowandReliefValve.
Ifasteering,optionalauxiliaryvalve,orliftcircuitproblemexists,consider
performingoneormoreofthefollowingtests:SteeringReliefValve(RV4)
PressureTest,SteeringCylinderTest,LiftCylinderT est,and/orGearPump
(P2)FlowTest.
Note:Adjustingtheweighttransferofthecuttingunitorattachmentmayhelpto
diagnoseliftcircuitproblems;refertothetractionunitOperator’sManual.
