Performtheliftcylinderinternalleakagetestifyouidentifyacuttingunitliftor
lowerproblem.Thistestdeterminesiftheliftcylinderbeingtestedisdamaged.
Whenperformingtheliftcylinderinternalleakagetest,thecuttingunitshouldbe
attachedtotheliftarms.Eachliftcylindermustbetestedindividually.
Theraise/lowercircuitoperationcanbeaffectedbytheliftcylinderbinding,extra
weightonthecuttingunit,and/orbindingoftheliftcomponents.Ensurethat
theseitemsarecheckedbeforeperformingtheliftcylinderinternalleakagetest.
Note:Thereliefvalvefortheliftcircuitisintegratedintothesteeringcontrolvalve.
TestProcedure
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,raisethecuttingunit,engagethe
parkingbrake,andsetthekeyswitchtotheOFFposition.
2.Useajacktosupportthecuttingunitandpreventitfromlowering.This
removestheloadfromtheliftcylindersandrelievestheliftcylinderhydraulic
pressure.
