AdjustingtheTractionCable
1.CheckthetractionsystemforNEUTRALandadjustifnecessary;referto
AdjustingtheTractionSystemforNeutral(page5–50).
2.Loosenthetractionpedalstopboltjamnutsandlowerthetractionpedal
stopbolt.
3.Depressthetractionpedalfullyforward.Thetractionpedalandpedalhub
shouldnotcontactthestopboltoranypartofthemachine,ensuringthe
tractionpumpisatitsfullforwarddisplacement.Adjustthetractioncable
balljointslightlyifnecessary.
4.Withthetractionpedalfullyforward,extendthepedalstopbolttocontact
thetractionpedal.
5.Releasethetractionpedalandextendthepedalstopboltanadditional1/2
turnbeforelockingthestopboltinpositionwiththejamnuts.
