Note:Replacementofthedrier−receiverisrecommendedwheneverthe
compressorisservicedorreplaced.
ReplacingtheCompressorDriveBelt
RefertoFigure146forthisprocedure.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecuttingunit(orattachment),
engagetheparkingbrake,setthekeyswitchtotheOFFpositionandremove
thekeyfromthekeyswitch.
Note:Thejamnutatthebottomoftheturnbucklehaslefthandthreads.
2.Loosentheturnbucklejamnutsandrotatetheturnbuckletorelievethebelt
tension.RemovetheV-beltfromthecompressorpulley.
3.Usea1/2inchsquaredriveonthehydraulicpumpdrivebeltidlerarmto
relievethebelttensionandremovethebeltfromtheidlerandpumppulley.
4.DisconnectthecuttingunitdriveshaftatthePTOclutch.
5.RemovetheclutchstopstrapfromthePTOclutch.
