TheECUcombinesnumerousenginesensors,monitorandcontroltheengine
operationforoptimumperformance.Duringtheoperationoftheengine,if

DieselParticulateFilter
Thedieselparticulatelter(DPF)usedonYanmarTier4Fcompliantengineis
designedtobreakdownthehazardouselementsintheexhaustandpreventthe
dischargeofunburnedfueloroilknownasparticulatematterorsoot.TheDPF
includesaDieselOxidationCatalyst(DOC),aSootFilter(SF),2temperature
sensorsandapressuredifferentialsensor.Additionalinformationregarding
theDieselParticulateFiltercanbefoundintheYanmarOperationalManual-
IndustrialEnginesTNVsuppliedwithyourmachine.
Regeneration
TheengineECUmonitorstheexhaustpressurebeforeandafterthesootlter
