IMPORTANT
Topreventdamagetothehydraulichosesandtubes,cabletiesand
clampsmaybeusedtosecurethehosesandtubestothemachine
components.Recordthelocationofallcabletiesandclampsthat
areremovedfromthemachinesotheycanbeproperlyreplaced.
5.Labelthehydraulichosesforassemblypurposes.Loosenthehoseclamps
anddisconnectthehosesfromthehydraulictank.
6.Caporplugthehydraulicttingsandhosestopreventcontaminationfrom
enteringthehydraulicsystem.
7.Removethehydraulictankfromthemachine.
8.Inspectthe4rubberbumpersthatsupportthehydraulictankfordamageor
wearandreplacethemifnecessary.
9.Inspectthe2rubbergrommetsthatsupportthehydraulicttingsfordamage
orwearandreplacethemifnecessary.
10.Ifthelargeplugswereremovedfromthetank,usenewO-ringsandtighten
thelargeplugonthesideofthetankfrom85to93N·m(63to69ft-lbs),and
thelargeplugonthebottomofthetankfrom107to118N·m(79to87ft-lbs).
11.T oinstallthehydraulictank,followthisprocedureinreverseorder.
12.Tightenthedrainplugfrom18to19N·m(155to171in-lb).
13.Chargethehydraulicsystem;refertoChargingtheHydraulicSystem(page
5–62).
