IMPORTANT
Theuppersealmusthavethelipfacingin(down).Also,installupper
sealsoitisushto1.5mm(0.060inch)belowthehousingsurface.
6.Slidethespacerringandinnerbearingspacerintothespindlehousing,then
installtheupperbearingconeandoilsealintothetopofthehousing.
7.Examinethespindleshaftandshaftspacertoensurethattherearenoburrs
ornicksthatcoulddamagetheoilseals.Installtheshaftspacerontothe
spindleshaftandlubricatetheshaftandspacerwithgrease.
8.Placeathinsleeveortapeonthespindleshaftsplinestopreventdamageof
thesealduringtheinstallationoftheshaft.Carefullyslidethespindleshaft
withthespacerupthroughthespindlehousing.Thebottomoilsealandshaft
spacerttogetherwhenthespindleisfullyinserted.
9.InstalltheO-ringtothetopofthespindleshaft.

11.Useahandpumpgreasegunandllthehousingcavitywithgreaseuntilthe
greasestartstocomeoutofthelowerseal.
12.Rotatethespindleshafttoensurethatitturnsfreely.
