isoperating)arenotallowedtocomplete,sootwillcontinuetoaccumulatein
thesootlter.Whenenoughsootaccumulates,theengineECUwillgenerate
anenginefaulttopromptaparkedorrecoveryregeneration.Inadditiontoan
enginefaultappearingonTDMdisplay/controllerscreen,theengineoutput
powerwillbereduced.
AshAccumulation
Ashisaresultoftheregenerationprocesses.Thelighterashisdischarged
throughtheexhaustsystem,whiletheheavierashcollectsinthesootlter.
Whenenoughashaccumulatesinthesootlter,theengineECUwillgeneratean
