3.7 Setting Alarms
You can set the alarm type, alarm value, hysteresis, and output operation. Only the alarm
value can be changed while the recording is in progress.
For a description of alarm types, see “Alarms” in section 1.3.

Alarm Setting (AI/DI)
You can set measurement channel alarms.
1.
From the top screen, click Channel Setting > Alarm Setting (AI/DI).

Select the channel group you wish to set from the Channel List list.

Select the alarm type from the Level list.
To use the high (rH) or low (rL) limit on rate-of-change alarm, you must set the rate-of-
change interval.
To use the delay high (tH) or low (tL) limit alarm, you must set the delay alarm.
4.
Enter an alarm value in the Value box.
5.
Enter a hysteresis value in the Hysteresis box.

For the procedure to set the delay alarm, see “Delay Alarm Setting” in this section.
