Pre-operation Checking
5. Make sure you have enough fuel in the gas
tank. Turn the key on to check the fuel
gauge (top sketch).
6. Drain water out of the water trap and
engine filter. If dirty fuel has been used,
change the engine filters. If the engine has
not been operated for a long time, have the
entire fuel system bled to remove air. See
your AMADAS/John Deere dealer for
information on bleeding the fuel system.
The fuel tank capacity is 140 U.S.
galllons/530 liters.
