Single Payload Mode
8-1 Single Payload Mode (Not available on MT8852B-043)
Single payload mode uses only a restricted form of test mode signalling. This mode is ideal
for use with EUTs that do not support full test mode signalling and which may experience
problems if standard mode were used.
The MT8852B sends a single test control to put the EUT into the user-defined state and no
further test controls are used.
When single payload mode is selected, a message to this effect displays on the uppermost line
of every page.
8-2 Supported Tests
The table below lists the tests that are supported in single payload mode for each of the
Bluetooth test types.
