12. Analyze your test results. The following is the Pass criteria for each test:
Test %CV % Accuracy Error
Test 1 < 6.0% ± 5.0%
Test 2 < 3.0% ± 1.25%
Test 3 < 12.0% ± 5.0%
6 Well < 6.0% ± 1.0%
All other plate-type tests < 4.0% ± 1.0%
If one or more of your tests are failing, clean the dispense tubes with the stylus, re-
prime the manifold, and repeat the test(s). If your tests continue to fail, contact
BioTek’s Technical Assistance Center.

calculations and test results.
