Cap home position sensor error.

Turn the power off and then back on again.
Step Cause Remedy
1 Foreign object in the gear on the
side of the sub tank ASSY
Remove the foreign object.
2 Foreign object inside the head

Remove the foreign object.
3 Cap drive motor harness
connection failure
Reconnect the cap drive motor harness.
4 Cap home position sensor
harness connection failure
Reconnect the cap home position sensor
harness.
5 Cap drive motor failure Replace the platen unit.
6 Cap home position sensor failure Replace the sub tank ASSY.
7 Engine PCB failure Replace the engine PCB ASSY.
Print Unable 25
Turn the power off and then back on again.

harness.
