Remove the four trim manifold o-rings from the
swivel bracket.
Remove the four trim and tilt filters from the swivel
bracket.
Installation
Service replacement manifold assemblies may
have filters installed, or included in the packaging.
Be sure to install new filters and o-rings before
installing the trim and tilt manifold assembly.
IMPORTANT: Identify filters and o-rings and en-
sure they are installed in the correct locations.
The Trim and Tilt Manifold uses:
• 4 Filters, P/N 356937, which are 0.875 in.
(22.4 mm) long,
• 3 O-rings, P/N 326956, which are 0.299 in.
(7.6 mm) inside diameter, x 0.103 in (2.6 mm)
thick
• 1 O-ring P/N 318372, which is 0.306 in
(7.8 mm) inside diameter x 0.179 in. (4.5 mm)
thick.
Install one o-ring on each oil filter as shown.
Insert a filter and o-ring into each oil passage.
Continue to push the filter and o-ring into the oil
passage until the o-ring expands into the
recessed seal area. The filter should protrude
slightly to hold the o-ring in position.
