Stern and Swivel
Stern & Swivel Bracket

Remove the stern bracket from the tilt shaft.
Remove the thrust washer and o-ring.
Remove the upper screw from the ramp bracket
and remove the ramp bracket.
Installation
Place the ramp bracket in position on the stern
bracket. Loosely install the upper screw to retain
the ramp bracket. The screw will be tightened
later.
Apply a light coating of Triple Guard Grease into
the o-ring groove on the inside of the stern
bracket. Install the o-ring into the groove.
Place the thrust washer onto the tilt shaft. Then
install the stern bracket and o-ring on the tilt shaft.
Make sure the o-ring stays in place on the stern
bracket.
