Provisioning the eMail Subsystem
Step 2 Use this web page to specify the following:
Step 3 Click Update.
The Cisco CRS system saves your changes and the CRS Administration web page
opens.
Note Cisco does not currently support multiple e-mail configurations. To remove the
e-mail information, you must erase the fields and click Update.
You are now ready to provision any additional subsystems your CRS applications
require, or to begin configuring CRS applications. See Chapter 6, “Configuring
Cisco Applications,” and Chapter 7, “Managing Prompts, Grammars, Documents,
and Custom Files.”
Field Name Description
Mail Server
A fully-qualified e-mail server name.
Example: server.domain.com)
eMail Address An existing fully qualified e-mail address for the administrative account.
Example:administrator@domain.com
