Cisco Customer Response Solutions Administration Guide, Release 4.1(1)
The LDAP Information Menu Option
Use the LDAP Information web page to do the following:
• Add a new LDAP Directory Hostname or IP address to the existing cluster.
• Change directory information, such as the password.
• Migrate from one LDAP cluster to another. In this case, all of the cluster
information migrates, and migration can be between different LDAP types;
for example, from DC Directory to Microsoft Active Directory,
Microsoft Active Directory-to-Netscape Directory, Netscape
Directory-to-DC Directory, and so forth. (The information migrated does not
include JTAPI data, such as JTAPI Provider, CTI Ports, and CTI Route Point
or RmCM data.)
Note Cisco CRS Administration checks whether all nodes are up during
this migration, if not, CRS Administration asks if you still want to
continue. If you choose to continue, the only way to synchronize with
the cluster is to run the ClusterTool.bat file (located in the c:\Program
Files\wfavvid directory) from the Command line.
Select System > LDAP Information from the CRS Administration menu bar to
access the LDAP Server information web page.
Caution Changing the LDAP info in the bootstrap, does not automatically
update the same information in the LDAP information page in the
Cisco Serviceability Utility. You need to specifically change it in the
LDAP tab in Cisco Serviceability Utility.
