Step 3 Specify your changes.
Step 4 Repeat Steps 1 and 2.
Step 5 Click Save. Each entry in the property file provides an important attribute to the
CRS Cluster. Be sure to save each change made to the property file.
The system saves the information to the LDAP server.
Step 6 Restart the CRS Node Manager for the changes to take effect.
Note If the changes are to take effect on all nodes in the cluster, restart CRS
Node Manager on all nodes.
Updating CRS IP Address Information
Use the Properties tab in the CRS Serviceability Utility to make changes to the IP
address of any node in the cluster.
To update node information, complete the following steps.
Procedure
Step 1 In the CRS Serviceability Utility, click the Node Information tab.
Step 2 Select a Node ID from the drop-down list on the left.
Step 3 Specify changes to the following fields:
• Machine Name
• IP Address
• New IP Address
Tip The Cisco Agent/Supervisor Desktop client computers and CRA engine
should use the same set of active and standby LDAP servers to ensure
failover protection.
Step 4 Click Update.
