Configuring Cisco Applications
The Cisco CRS system uses applications to interact with contacts and perform a
wide variety of functions, such as prompting callers for information, transferring
calls, and providing information to callers.
To configure CRS applications, you must complete the following tasks:
Provision telephony and media resources (see “Provisioning the JTAPI
Subsystem” section on page 3-4)
Provision your Unified CCX subsystem, if required (see About Unified
CCX” section on page 4-2)
Provision additional subsystems, if required (see “Provisioning Additional
Subsystems” section on page 5-1)
The following sections describe how to configure applications and make them
available to the CRS system.
