Managing Prompts, Grammars,
Documents, and Custom Files
Cisco CRS applications can make use of many auxiliary files that interact with
callers, such as scripts, pre-recorded prompts, grammars, and custom Java classes.
To manage these auxiliary files, you must complete the following tasks:
• Provision your telephony and media resources (see the “About CRS
Telephony and Media” section on page 3-2).
• Provision your Unified CCX subsystem, if required (see the

• Configure your Cisco script applications (see the “About CRS Applications”
