Cisco CRS Utilities

Cisco Customer Response Solutions Administration Guide, Release 4.1(1)
information is automatically reflected on the LDAP Server information web page.
If the latest information is not relected, be sure to restart the node manager
(“Starting, Stopping, and Restarting Cisco CRS Services” on page 14).
If you change the LDAP password, update the password in CRS in the following
locations:
Cisco CRS LDAP Information.
Cisco Unified CM LDAP Information (if Unified CM uses the same LDAP
server as CRS).
You modify LDAP information with the CRS Serviceability Utility using the
following steps:
1. When launching the tool (assuming Unified CM is using DCD, if that is not
the case then skip this step), it cannot connect to LDAP, as the Unified CM IP
address is changed. A dialog box appears displaying the old connection
details. Enter the new IP address and click Sync; the utility updates LDAP
and ccndir.ini and the tabs are populated with the data.
2. Go to the Unified CM LDAP tab, enter the new password, and click Update.
3. Exit the utility.
4. Restart the CRS Node Manager from the Services window
Note Steps 1, 3, and 4 need to be done on all CRS nodes in the cluster.
