2.18.4 TTL Inputs
When connected to a controlling device, the TTL inputs can be
programmed to perform the following DC functions:
• Injection valves left and right (load/inject)
• AM high-pressure valves A and B (A/B)
• AM low-pressure valves A and B (open/closed)
• DC low-pressure valves A through F on the rear panel (open/closed)
• ED detectors 1 and 2 (on/off)
• CD/ED detectors 1 and 2 auto-offset
• CD/ED detectors 1 and 2 mark
• Suppressors 1 and 2 (on/off)
• Reaction coil heater (on/off)
• A/C relays 1 and 2 (open/closed)
Assigning TTL Input Functions
TTL input control functions are assigned in the Chromeleon Server
Configuration program. You can assign one or more functions to each
input.
NOTE If two timebases are sharing the DC, the TTL input
functions are shared between the timebases. For
example, if TTL input one is assigned to control
injection valve 1, that function is assigned to both
timebases. You do not need to associate a TTL input
with a particular timebase.
To select TTL input control functions:
1. Open the Chromeleon Server Configuration program.
2. Double-click the DC icon under the timebase.
