The corpuls
3
can send a complete report of a 12 lead ECG recording
(diagnostic ECG) to any fax machine, fax server, to an e-mail address or the
corpuls.web server via the optionally available GSM modem or the LAN
interface.
When the aircraft mode is enabled, the GSM function is disabled.
Saving changes to the basic configuration permanently is reserved to the
person responsible for the device (see chapter 7.4.8 Configuration of Telemetry
(Persons Responsible for the Device), p. 170).
The representation of the curves (sweep speed) for fax transmission of the D-
ECG can be set in the telemetry settings at 25 mm/sec. or 50 mm/sec.
If the GSM modem has sufficient reception intensity, this is indicated by the
symbol „GSM connection” in the status line of the corpuls
3
.
When the fax transmission is started, the symbol “fax connection“ appears in
the status line.
Via the GSM modem (option) or the LAN interface (option) the corpuls
3
can
send the following date live, almost in real time, to a data server:
• Patient- and master data,
• curves and parametera,
• D-ECGs and events.
By means of the PC software corpuls.web (option), the server can be
accessed from any place via internet and the data can be viewed live.
If the corpuls
3
is connected to a server, the status symbol „Live data
transmission“ is displayed in the status line.
If a connection via the Bluetooth® data interface is established to external
systems (as e.g. a Tablet-PC for documentation) the status symbol „Bluetooth®
connection“is displayed in the status line.
Depending on the status there are additional markings of the above described
symbols for telemetry connections. A detailed description can be found in
Appendix A Symbols, page 272.
In case that these connection are not available or not active, the status symbols
are greyed out.
