2.6 Turning On/Off the Instrument
Be sure to read “Turning On the Instrument” (p. 11).
Turn on the instrument. After the measurement is complete, always turn off the power.
How to turn on the instrument
Slide the knob of the POWER switch
toward ON ( ) .
When the instrument is turned on, the Self-test screen will
be displayed.

After the self-test is complete, the screen that appears
before turning off the instrument will be displayed.
(When the instrument is turned on for the rst time, the
WIRING, wiring settings screen will be displayed.)
How to turn off the instrument
Slide the knob of the POWER switch
toward OFF ( ).
2.7 Warm-up
Warm up the instrument before performing the measurement to ensure accurate measurements.
After turning on the instrument, allow it warm-up for at least 30 min.
