The
device capabilities
request
returns
a
list
ofgraphics
and
plotting
features
available
in
the
terminal.
This
allows you to use one program for a
variety
of graphics devices.
Not
all
the
features
listed
are
available
in
the
terminal.
The absence ofa
feature
is indicated by a zero (0).
If
a
feature
is
present,
it
may
be necessaryto send
an
additional
request
to
determine
the
exact
capabilities present. Where multiple response values
are
possible,
the
terminal's
standard
response is enclosed
in
triple
stars.
