Transferring Configuration Files
Using the CLI to Copy Data From a Remote Server to the Device. This
example displays how to copy data from a remote server (FTP) to this device.
If using this command for a FTP or STP server, you will need to include the
username and password for the server. The TFTP server does not need a
password or username..
Using the CLI to View Config Files. This example shows how to view the
running configuration of the device. This is an alias for the “show running-
config” command.
This examples shows how to view the startup configuration on the device.
